In una di queste rapine, commessa nel 2006, Ciampi aveva avuto il ruolo di ideatore ed organizzatore del delitto perpetrato nei confronti dell’agenzia della Banca Popolare di Novara, con un bottino di circa 4.000 euro.

A Faenza un festival per larte contemporanea

C’è sovrabbondanza di mostre, fiere, biennali, ma manca un momento di riflessione, uno spazio in cui confrontarsi per capire dove va l’arte. Nasce da questa convinzione il Festival internazionale dell’arte contemporanea, promosso da Faenza, la cui amministrazione ha deciso di ripensare le prospettive di sviluppo del territorio attorno alla cultura.
La prima edizione, intitolata Futuro Presente /Present Continuous , si terrà dal 23 al 25 maggio. Tre giorni di conversazioni tra artisti e curatori, confronti sulle contaminazioni dell’arte, tavole rotonde sui rapporti tra l’arte e il mercato, i media, le imprese, forum tra musei, scuole d’arte, curatori, anticipazioni sui prossimi progetti.
Tra gli artisti che hanno aderito, c’è Francesco Vezzoli, che si confronterà con Massimiliano Gioni, direttore artistico della Fondazione Trussardi. L’incontro fa parte di un appuntamento quotidiano in cui si racconteranno i protagonisti della scena artistica, tra cui Dan Graham e Germano Celant.
Nello spazio dedicato ai grandi progetti in corso e in preparazione, Jorge Orta darà anticipazioni sulla 2/a Bienal del Fin del Mundo; verranno presentate la biennale itinerante Manifesta e il progetto della nuova Whitechapel.
Antonio Marras parlerà dei rapporti tra moda e arte, Alexander Von Vegesack, direttore del Vitra Design Museum, esplorerà le contaminazioni con il design, e lo chef Massimo Bottura quelle tra arte culinaria e sperimentazione. A inaugurare la sala che ospita il “prezioso patrimonio librario e archivistico” della Fallaci - che sarà a disposizione del pubblico nel giro di pochi mesi, non appena la catalogazione sarà completata - è stato il rettore della Lateranense, mons.Rino Fisichella, che l’aveva accompagnata negli ultimi e piu’ dolorosi momenti della malattia ea cui la giornalista aveva personalmente donato i propri libri.
“Oriana Fallaci ha arricchito il nostro Paese di una grande storia e di un contributo molto forte per il progresso della cultura italiana” ha detto il vescovo illustrando la nuova sala. “Ora “ha aggiunto “i libri che Oriana ci ha voluto donare - libri che sono stati usati e studiati a fondo, caratterizzati dalle sue annotazioni, post-it, sottolineature - saranno ben custoditi, e messi a disposizione di studenti, giornalisti e studiosi, ci auguriamo molti, che vorranno approfondire il suo pensiero e toccare con mano chi era Oriana Fallaci”.
Poi Fisichella ha rivelato un grande timore della scrittrice: “I libri erano ciò a cui teneva di più, la sua volontà era che rimanessero intatti. La tormentava invece il pensiero che potessero finire all’asta o dispersi”. Da qui la presa in consegna del rettore che le ha dedicato un Fondo.
Sono così ora tre i Fondi dedicati alla giornalista italiana. Il primo è sorto alla Boston University negli Stati Uniti già nel 1981, il secondo è stato curato dalla Regione Toscana e oggi si aggiunge quello alla Lateranense che, oltre ai volumi, tra cui figurano anche testi rari come una copia dell’ Orlando Furioso del ‘500, mette in mostra oggetti appartenuti alla Fallaci dal grande valore simbolico, come il suo zaino o la tessera di accreditamento giornalistico in Vietnam.
Molti i ricordi personali di mons. Fisichella che con Oriana Fallaci aveva condiviso un sodalizio umano sempre più stretto.
“Mi sono rimasti di Oriana tanti insegnamenti, tanti gesti, tanti sguardi e soprattutto il grande desiderio di poter credere ma, infine, il disagio di non poter arrivare fino alla fine a condividere la fede”. C’e’ anche il ricordo di scambi che a volte erano “animati”, a volte “sereni”, ha raccontato il rettore, perché Oriana aveva un “carattere toscano e una verve polemica non da poco”, ma anche “un grande desiderio di ascoltare” e soprattutto una “profondissima intelligenza, quella delle persone che non fanno distinzione tra laici e religiosi ma guardano ai contenuti e li affrontano con grande passione per la verita’ e per la ricerca della libertà”.
Infine quasi un appello del vescovo: “dobbiamo assumerci noi stessi la responsabilità di mantenere vivo il ricordo di persone che hanno dato un contributo notevole alla storia culturale del Paese”.

TORINESI IN VISITA AL CARRO FERROVIARIO DEI DEPORTATI IN GERMANIA

(cl. bra. 30/4) - Nel pomeriggio di ieri, martedì, un gruppo di visitatori torinesi guidato dal professor Aldo Perosino e dalla signora Paola Vitale ha visitato il Parco Deportati Ebrei in Alessandria, dove è collocato (Piazzale Berlinguer) un carro ferroviario a memoria delle deportazioni.

Ad accogliere il gruppo, formato soprattutto da anziane donne ebree, c’era il vice sindaco e assessore alla cultura e turismo Paolo Bonadeo.

Il carro ferroviario (foto) è stato utilizzato nel corso degli anni Trenta ed ha fatto parte dei convogli che trasportarono gli ebrei italiani in Germania.

MUSICALIA 2008 IL FESTIVAL DI MUSICA DA CAMERA ALLE ULTIME BATTUTE

(cl. bra. 304) - Il Museo C'era una volta , il prossimo 4 maggio, ospiterà il penultimo concerto della stagione musicale Musicalia 2008 , organizzata dall'Assessorato alla Cultura e Turismo del Comune di Alessandria in collaborazione con la Regione Piemonte, l'Azienda Teatrale Alessandrina, il Teatro Regio di Torino e l'associazione Piemonte in Musica .
Una rassegna molto gradita poiché alle proposte musicali di grande qualità ha sempre corrisposto una notevole partecipazione di pubblico, come sottolinea il vice sindaco e assessore alla cultura Paolo Bonadeo.
Diciotto concerti in tutto, che dallo scorso 4 febbraio si sono avvicendati su diversi palcoscenici cittadini: dal nuovo Auditorium San Baudolino in via Bonardi al Quartiere Cristo al cinema teatro Macallè in via Marsala a Castelceriolo, dal salone di palazzo Cuttica in via Parma al museo etnografico C'era una volta (foto) in piazza della Gambarina.
