Pubblichiamo la lettera del capogruppo della Lega Nord in Consiglio regionale, Oreste Rossi

(el.mac. 30/1) - Gentile direttore,
vorrei spiegare ai lettori del
Suo giornale le ragioni per cui la Lega Nord si sta opponendo da tempo
al piano regionale integrato dell'immigrazione per il triennio 2007-2009
elaborato dalla giunta regionale di centro sinistra e sul quale si annuncia
un duro scontro nella seduta del Consiglio regionale piemontese di
martedì prossimo.
Su questo provvedimento il nostro
gruppo ha già presentato oltre settanta emendamenti e ha annunciato da
mesi una opposizione durissima in aula.

Nanni Moretti hard: Caos Calmo non va al cinema, ma spunta su youtube

È stata annullata l’anteprima milanese di Caos calmo prevista per il 2 febbraio al cinema Anteo perché il il film non ha ancora ottenuto il visto di censura.
Una copia di Caos Calmo, che tra l’altro contiene una un’accesa e già molto discussa scena di sesso visibile anche su YouTube tra il protagonista Nanni Moretti e Isabella Ferrari, è infatti arrivata solo stamattina al Ministero dei Beni Culturali che deve dare il nullaosta di proiezione in pubblico con gli eventuali divieti.
Non ci dovrebbe essere invece alcun problema per l’uscita nelle sale l’8 febbraio. Voci del ministero fanno sapere che le otto commissioni preposte alla censura (che si riuniscono tutti i giorni) non dovrebbero avere alcuna difficoltà nel visionare Caos Calmo prima della sua uscita ufficiale. Il film di Antonello Grimaldi sarà in concorso alla 58ma edizione del Festival di Berlino (7-17 febbraio).

CASO SME: BERLUSCONI ASSOLTO IN 5 MINUTI

(red. 30/1) - Sono bastati 5 minuti di camera di consiglio per assolvere Silvio Berlusconi dall'accusa di falso in
bilancio, perché questo, per la legge, non è più un reato. La sentenza è stata emessa nell'ambito del processo stralcio per la vicenda Sme.
Complessivamente l'udienza è durata circa un quarto d'ora.
Il pm Ilda Boccassini aveva chiesto il non doversi procedere
per intervenuta prescrizione. La difesa ha chiesto, invece,
l'assoluzione perché il fatto non è più previsto dalla
legge come reato, tesi accolta dalla corte.

ALBENGA: BABY TEPPISTI IN AZIONE. 9 DENUNCIATI

(red. 30/1) - Nove studenti sono stati denunciati dai
carabinieri per gli atti vandalici compiuti il 31 dicembre e il
6 gennaio scorsi nella scuola media Mameli. I nove, ragazzi e
ragazze tra i 14 ed i 15 anni, sono stati segnalati dall'Arma
alla Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale dei
Minorenni per danneggiamento aggravato. Secondo quanto
accertato dai militari, i baby teppisti avrebbero provocato
danni gli arredi spargendo sul pavimento il contenuto degli
estintori.
